Tribal knowledge is the most valuable operational and maintenance information for organizations and skilled labor forces. This knowledge is not currently being captured. Meanwhile, the most knowledgeable talent is rapidly retiring due to attrition in the aging workforce. This is happening while demand surges within these skilled labor trades (aviation maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, etc.) Moreover, organizations have massive amounts of disparate technical data to manage with no way to access it easily.
